Pricing
Our pricing consists of two parts: Final Flight and Transit Fee.
Final Flight
For your Final Flight anywhere within 75 miles of our base in Gilford, NH, with or without a family member on board, we charge $595. No transit fee is applied. (Note: The FAA allows us to bring one family member with us on the flight.)
Transit Fee
A Transit Fee is added:
1. If you wish us to fly to an airport near you to pick up your loved one's cremains for a Final Flight, we add a charge for the cost of flying to and
from that airport.
2. If the site for releasing your loved one's cremains is more than 75 air miles from the either our base in Gilford, or from a different airport that you
request, we add a charge for the additional flight time beyond 75 miles.
Payment, Cancellations, & Refunds
Payment by Credit/Debit Card. A $125 deposit is required for us to begin planning your Windsong flight. A partial deposit refund of $75 will be issued if cancellation is requested by email 10 or more days prior to your scheduled flight.
The balance of Final Flight and Transit Fee will be charged to your card 3 days prior to your scheduled flight. A refund of $395 plus Transit Fee will be issued if we receive an emailed cancellation request within 3 days of your flight.
Payment by Check. All charges must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to your flight. If we receive an emailed cancellation request 7 or more days prior to your scheduled flight, a total refund, less a $50 processing charge, will be issued. For emailed cancellation requests received 3-6 days prior to your flight, we provide a full refund less a $100 processing fee. For emailed cancellation requests 2 or fewer days before your flight, we issue a refund of $395 plus Transit Fee.
(Note: There is no extra charge if weather requires rescheduling your loved one's flight.)
